Year 4
A warm welcome to the Year 4 family,
This year, Year 4 will be taught by Miss Kinsella, with the support of Mrs Lloyd, Miss Naila and Mrs Mehmood.
Throughout the year, we will be working with your child to develop and support their wellbeing, spirituality and academic learning, through our exciting, engaging and creative Year 4 curriculum to enable them to be the very best they can be, in a safe and loving environment.
In Year 4, we will be learning about our class saint, Saint Therese of Lisieux; a young French girl, who was struck with severe illness, at an early age, but remained committed to God and in offering her services to the Carmelite Monastery and the church. We will take inspiration from her and understand what it takes to persevere and to be patient.
In line with our mission statement, we will endeavour to light a fire in the hearts of our children, so they feel confident and empowered to make a difference in their school, their community and in their ever-changing world.
We value open communication with parents and guardians; we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or queries you may have. Your involvement in your child’s education is invaluable, and together, we can ensure a successful and fulfilling year for your child.
