On Friday the children from Years 5 and 6 set off on a special trip to Stratford Upon Avon, and they had a special job to do when they arrived.
The children in Year 6 took on the roles of guides at the Shakespeare Centre and gardens. They acted and shared information about what life was like during the time that William Shakespeare lived. Year 6 were great ambassadors for Holy Family School and received many complementary comments from the visitors who they presented to.
The children in Year 5 were given a tour around Stratford and visited many interesting places connected to Shakespeare. They also had the opportunity to visit the children in Year 6 who were presenting and were very impressed.
It was a wonderful day and we would like to thank all the wonderful guides for supporting and guiding us throughout the day.
