On Thursday 23rd May we welcomed the amazing and talented Stringcredibles to school who performed The Butterfly Lands which took us on the journey of migration in our city and the beauty of celebrating diversity through language, clothes, food, faith and music.
They made us think about the wonderful city we live in and the importance of welcoming everyone. Through words, poetry, song and music we travelled together and learned together.
The Stringcredibles were so impressed by the behaviour, positive attitudes and responses from the children. This performance also supports our work as a School of Sanctuary and our actions to live in solidarity with our brothers and sisters around the world.
